These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and responsibilities of guests booking or staying at any property managed by Katy StayCation ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation or staying at one of our properties, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (if applicable).

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments through secure processors.

Full Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received at least 10 days before check-in unless otherwise arranged.

2. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation Fees: If cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date will not receive a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees Applies: If cancellations is made 48 hours before the booking date the customer will be charged 25% of the total booking amount.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at a Katy StayCation property, you agree to:

a. Treat the property with care and respect

b. Follow all house rules provided before or during your stay

c. Avoid hosting unauthorized guests or parties

d. Dispose of trash properly and keep the property tidy

e. Report any damage, issues, or safety concerns immediately

4. Damage and Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

Charges for damages or violations will be assessed at our discretion and communicated with proof.

5. No Smoking / No Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in a $250 penalty fee.

Dogs are allowed, but they must stay in the dog park and kept there. Guests must notify Katy StayCation if they have a dog with them so we can turn on the water bowl and the dog pool.

6. Occupancy Limits

Katy StayCation has a maximum of 60 guest occupancy limit, which must be followed. Overcrowding may result in cancellation of booking without refund.

Only declared guests may stay.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Katy StayCation is not responsible for:

a. Accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises

b. Lost or stolen belongings

c. Weather-related cancellations, power outages, or other events outside of our control

Guests stay at their own risk. We encourage all guests to secure travel insurance when appropriate.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and stored.

9. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation or guest stay immediately if these terms are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
