Heated Pool

If this request is done in the colder season, the pool takes about a full 24 hours to heat up to 75-85 depending on how cold it is outside. If it only needs to go up 20 degrees it can be done in 12 hours.
Hot Tub

During colder seasons, the hot tub may require up to 4 hours to heat to approximately 75–85°F, depending on the outdoor temperature. If it only needs to increase by about 20 degrees, it can usually be heated within approximately 1 hour.

We can provide up to 4 folding tables for your event, and table covers are included with the rental. These tables are ideal for food, gifts, decorations, desserts, or additional event setup.

Traditional Charcoal Grill

Includes a full bag of charcoal, lighter fluid, a lighter, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. Please clean the grill and wash all provided utensils after use, leaving them in the outdoor kitchen sink.

Our crawfish boiler includes propane and a stirring paddle. Special instructions and rules apply when cooking crawfish, and our team will show you how to properly use the setup to minimize lingering odors after your event.

Ice Machine Access

Enjoy access to our 450 lb. ice machine during your stay. Please do not place food or beverages inside the ice storage area, and return the ice scoop to its hook after use.

Event Cleaning Service
$100
This optional cleaning service is available if you would like our team to handle cleanup after your event. A cleaning fee may also be charged if the rented area is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning.
Pricing starts at $100, depending on the amount of cleanup required.
Damage Protection Fee
$99
A $99 Damage Protection Fee is required as part of the booking process to help protect the property during your stay. This requirement must be completed prior to your event along with the other required booking documentation.
Holiday Booking Fee
$100
This fee applies to bookings taking place on major government holidays. The reservation must fall on the actual date of the holiday for the Holiday Booking Fee to apply.
