Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
At , we value your time and understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness for all our guests and proper management of our booking schedule, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Policy
1. 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival (336+ hours)
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before the arrival date and start time of the reservation will receive a 100% refund, minus a $49.00 cancellation fee.
2. 7 to 13 Days Prior to Arrival (168–335 hours)
Guests who cancel between 7 and 13 days before the arrival date and start time will receive a 50% refund, minus the $49.00 cancellation fee.
3. Within 3 Days of Arrival (72 hours or less)
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date and start time are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, especially due to severe weather or acts of nature. For this reason, one-time rescheduling may be allowed under the following conditions:
Acts of God / Severe Weather
One-time rescheduling may be permitted for events affected by acts of nature or severe weather events, including but not limited to tornadoes, flooding, or heavy rain.
The rescheduled booking must maintain the same details as the original reservation, including the same package, guest count, event type, amenities, and total hours. The only exception is if the guest wishes to add extras, increase the number of guests, or upgrade the reservation, in which case additional charges may apply.
Rescheduled bookings may be moved to an available day except any Saturday, regardless of whether the original booking was scheduled on a Saturday. Rescheduled bookings cannot be moved to a Saturday.
Rain on the Appointment Date
If heavy rain occurs during the scheduled appointment date and time, a one-time reschedule may be allowed as a courtesy, subject to availability. The guest must communicate promptly with Katy StayCation, LLC regarding the weather concern.
The Saturday restriction still applies to rain-related reschedules. A rain-related reschedule cannot be moved to a Saturday.
Important Notes
The $49.00 cancellation fee is non-refundable and applies to all eligible cancellations.
Rescheduling requests must be made promptly and are subject to availability.
Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to communicate promptly are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.
Katy StayCation, LLC reserves the right to determine whether a weather-related reschedule is approved based on the conditions affecting the reservation.
