At Katy StayCation, we value your time and understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness for all our guests and proper management of our booking schedule, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Policy
1. 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival (336+ hours) Guests who cancel at least 14 days before the arrival date and start time of the reservation will receive a 100% refund, minus a $49.00 cancellation fee.
2. 7 to 13 Days Prior to Arrival (168–335 hours) Guests who cancel between 7 and 13 days before the arrival date and start time will receive a 50% refund, minus the $49.00 cancellation fee.
3. Within 3 Days of Arrival (72 hours or less) Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date and start time are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, especially due to weather and natural events. For this reason, rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions:
Acts of God / Severe Weather One-time rescheduling is permitted for events such as calamities, tornadoes, or heavy rain. The rescheduled booking must maintain the same details as the original reservation. The only exception is if the guest wishes to add extras or increase the number of guests.
Rain on the Appointment Date If heavy rain occurs during the scheduled appointment and the guest arrives within 30 minutes of the start time, rescheduling will be allowed as a courtesy.
Important Notes
The $49 cancellation fee is non-refundable and applies to all cancellations.
Rescheduling requests must be made promptly and are subject to availability.
Only one reschedule is allowed per booking under the above conditions.
No-shows or late arrivals (beyond 30 minutes, except as outlined above) are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.
